What other types of forms can I submit to the church?

We offer Prayer Request forms, Baptism forms, Baby Dedication forms and Spiritual Decision forms. If you would like to submit a request for one of these services, please fill out the above form. Once completed, email it to the church administrator: naicca.2023@gmail.com

Is there a dress code for attending Convenant Church?

No, there is no strict dress code. Whether it's jeans, sweat pants, sneakers and a t-shirt, we welcome you to come as you are.

As a new guest, will I be required to speak before the church?

No, we would never require you to speak. However, we do encourage you to just let us know who you are and who invited you. We want to ensure we acknowledge your presence and thank you for choosing to worship with us.
